My name is Sam, the new Community Manager at Heatka.
We’re excited to kick off a new kind of update, something we’re calling the Office Log. This blog series is a look at what’s happening here at Heatka HQ.
Here’s where things stand right now:
We’re currently in the middle of switching VAT numbers, which means new orders are temporarily on hold while we finalize things on the backend. We know it’s frustrating to wait, but it’s a necessary step to keep everything smooth and above board.
We’ll keep you posted the moment we’re live again.
We’re already manufacturing more hand warmers to make sure we’re fully stocked for the upcoming cold season. This year, we want to help you skip the last-minute stress.
Come fall, we’ll be opening early pre-orders, giving you a chance to:

We hear you! A few of you down under have been asking about restocks and shipping. We’re currently working on the logistics to keep selling to Australia—but it’s a bit tricky at the moment. We’ll share more as soon as we have clarity.

Can I still buy a handwarmer/footwarmer?
Not right now. Hand warmers are out of stock and won’t be available again until our upcoming restock (pre-orders open closer to fall).
Foot warmers are still in stock, but we can’t sell them until our VAT transition is complete. We appreciate your patience!
