Warranty Policy

All new heatka products purchased at www.heatka.com come with a 2 year warranty.

If your heatka breaks under normal wear and tear within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it for you.

To claim your warranty please email support@heatka.com with:

• Your order number (We should be able to locate it in our system if you can't find it)
• Pictures or a short video showing your broken heatka
• A short description of how your heatka broke (this info helps us to improve future heatka versions)
